Cabreza, Inc. is a Philadelphia-based operational technology security firm. It offers Service-as-Software: AI digital workers that carry out the recurring work of an OT security program, rather than another monitoring dashboard.

The platform is organized by role-based personas across GRC, security architecture, intelligence, operations, engineering, program management, procurement, and vulnerability research. Users supply context about their sites, roles, equipment, vendors, standards, and assets. Cabreza then identifies the relevant facilities, suppliers, and advisories through public records, generates documented runbooks with source citations, performs its own quality reviews, and preserves user edits across sessions.

Two design decisions distinguish the approach: every claim traces to a documented source, and a Redaction Studio removes confidential material before processing. Models run inside Cabreza's own infrastructure, and customer data is excluded from training.

The company was founded by Jason Rivera, formerly head of the cyber-physical systems practice at Security Risk Advisors, and CTO Marcello Delcaro, whose background is software supply chain security and industrial control systems. Its market is water utilities, energy cooperatives, port facilities, and municipal transit systems that carry substantial operational risk without dedicated OT security staff.
