Critical Infrastructure Programs
for Operators the Market
Left Behind.

The Frontline Infrastructure Program extends Cabreza to qualifying critical infrastructure operators — water utilities, rural co-ops, community hospitals, municipal transit — at terms that make adoption realistic. The same software, with the same rigor, reached a different way.

What It Is

Water utilities, rural energy cooperatives, and municipal transit authorities run infrastructure communities depend on. Most have no dedicated security staff. A single consulting engagement can exceed their entire annual security budget.

Standards have no small-org exceptions. NIST 800-82 doesn't scale down. IEC 62443 applies regardless of headcount. The gap between having a structured program and not having one is measurable, and budget should not be what decides it.

Frontline is Cabreza's commitment to that. Qualifying operators receive the full platform — not a stripped-down version — at terms that make the math work.

FULL ACCESS
No Feature Gates
Frontline participants get the same application, automation, and expertise available to large industrial enterprises. Nothing removed.
REALISTIC TERMS
Built for the Math to Work
Pricing for qualifying US and EU operators is structured around what low-resource organizations can sustain, not what enterprise sales assumes.
SAME RIGOR
Standards Apply Equally
The same frameworks and regulations govern small operators as large ones. Cabreza automates program structure so what changes is operator input, not output quality.

Who We Serve

Frontline is open to qualifying critical infrastructure operators across the US and EU — organizations running infrastructure communities depend on, without the resources the market assumes.

The interesting thing about serving low-resource operators is that the program structure doesn't change. Most critical infrastructure security standards, regulations, and frameworks don't have small-org exceptions. So it's a product problem. We designed Cabreza's architecture so the same program automation that works for a multi-site energy company works for a 12-person water utility. The output is the same rigor. The access and input required from the operator is what we've reduced.

I spent years doing critical infrastructure security projects in large industrials with six and seven figure budgets. But the water utility down the road — running the same control systems with a fraction of the staff and zero security budget — can't afford high-credibility external resources. They're operating critical infrastructure too. We built Cabreza to turn what used to take six-figure budgets into something continuous and accessible. It would be a waste to only serve organizations that can already afford the old way.
