Jason Rivera
Co-Founder & CEO
Jason is a former consulting partner and Gartner analyst with uncommon experience spanning technical OT security leadership, product, market, strategy, partnerships and business development.
He is also an industry expert with industrial security experience across Fortune 10, 500 and 2000 in Product, Manufacturing, Food & Bev, Maritime, Life Sciences, Distribution, Chemical and Energy sectors.

David Hernandez
Co-Founder and CTO
David is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and has over 20 years experience as an industrial controls engineer and OT cybersecurity leader. He has led OT security efforts for automotive, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, life sciences and pharmaceuticals.
He is a respected leader within the OT security community and has a wealth of expertise in securing OT environments, risk mitigation, and aligning strategies with business objectives.
He has helped organizations implement global cybersecurity programs, partnerships, and led cross-functional teams. He is a mission driven, active member and working group leader in the OT security community.

Edison Alvarez

Edison Alvarez is a highly experienced leader in medical device cybersecurity and regulatory strategic planning, with a strong background in portfolio and product management.
Edison has held several senior roles where he has led program development, medical device cybersecurity policies, and compliance frameworks that meet increasingly complex global requirements and customer expectations. He is also an accomplished leader managing global teams supporting organizational-wide programs.
He has collaborated with key strategic industry partners such as the FDA, Healthcare Sector Coordinating Council, and UL to influence product security advancements for the medical device industry. In addition, he is a tenured speaker, leading discussions for AdvaMed Cybersecurity Summit, International Medical Device Regulators Forum (IMDRF), and Medical Device Innovation Consortium (MDIC).
He holds an Executive MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson and a B.S. in Business Administration from Centenary University

Danielle Jablanski

Danielle Jablanski is a nonresident fellow with the Cyber Statecraft Initiative, part of the Atlantic Council Tech Programs, and an OT/ICS Security SME & Strategy Lead for CISA.
Jablanski serves as a staff and advisory board member of the nonprofit organization Building Cyber Security, leading cyber-physical standards development, education, certifications, and labeling authority to advance physical security, safety, and privacy in the public and private sectors. Since January 2022, Jablanski has also served as the president of the North Texas Section of the International Society of Automation, organizing monthly member meetings, training, and community engagements. She is also a member of the Cybersecurity Apprenticeship Advisory Taskforce with the Building Apprenticeship Systems in Cybersecurity Program sponsored by the US Department of Labor.
Jablanski has conducted academic and market research on emerging technologies throughout her career. She has independently consulted for the US government and a technology startup on novel technology applications for the military, Department of Defense, and commercial sectors. She began her career with the Stanley Center for Peace and Security evaluating cyber technology impacts to nuclear-weapons policy and use worldwide.
Before returning to the world of physical and industrial cybersecurity, Jablanski was a senior research analyst with Guidehouse Insights and spent the two years prior contributing to the creation and development of the Stanford Cyber Policy Center at Stanford University. She holds a master’s degree in international security from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Missouri–Columbia. In her free time, Jablanski enjoys reading, camping, and the great outdoors with her family and two pups. She also volunteers locally with Reading Partners North Texas and the Tarrant Area Food Bank.

Robert Caldwell

Rob leads the Cyber Centers of Expertise at RTX, which are focused on OT Cyber, Cloud Cyber, and Application Security.
Prior to joining RTX, Rob led the OT group at Mandiant (part of Google Cloud), responsible for incident response, managed detection, and consulting services. His team was involved in many of the notable OT breaches, gaining unique experience and perspective.
Previously, he was the Chief Security Architect for GE Digital Energy Software and had started his career with United Space Alliance at Kennedy Space Center.

Vivek Ponnada

Vivek Ponnada is an Operational Technology (OT) Security practitioner with global experience and currently serves full-time as SVP of Growth & Strategy at Frenos.
Having started his career in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) as a Technician, Vivek became a Controls Engineer and commissioned Gas Turbines in Europe, Middle-East, Africa and South-East Asia. Post MBA, Vivek held multiple roles in Sales, Marketing & Business Development and Services covering Control systems & Cybersecurity solutions for Critical Infrastructure at GE, XenonCyber Dynamics and Nozomi Networks.
He is a co-lead for the Top 20 Secure PLC Coding Practices Project and frequently speaks at various Infosec conferences. Vivek has a C.Eng. from IEI, MBA from McCombs (UT Austin), and holds the ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert & GICSP certifications. He’s a member of the Public Safety Canada ICS Security Symposium Advisory Committee, ISA, ISACA and is a CS2AI Fellow.

Ron Brash

Ron Brash is a household name when it comes to ICS/OT cybersecurity and embedded vulnerability research. He was instrumental in creating the datasets for the S4 ICS Detection Challenges, received the Top 40 under 40 award for Engineering Leaders 2020 from Plant Engineering, was an embedded developer at Tofino Security, advised several large asset owners in a variety of industries for OT security, and brought a number of products to market, including consumer neuroscience devices and several industrial networking appliances.
Ron’s education includes a Bachelor of Technology from BCIT and a Master of Computer Science from Concordia University. He was a contributing committee member for the CSA T-200 IoT/OT Secure Software Development Lifecycle initiative, was Vice President of the ISA Montreal chapter, is a certified ISA 62443 “expert,”” and has over a decade of industry experience.

Michael Tetto

Michael Tetto is the Director of Information Security at Eversource Energy, leading the IT and OT Cybersecurity teams that keep Eversource’s most critical systems secure and compliant. Michael has over 25 years of IT Security experience across audit, compliance, and cybersecurity in highly regulated industries. In 2022, Michael participated in the US Department of Energy’s OT Defender Fellowship Program, fostering his passion to solve the challenges of securing Operational Technology and Critical Infrastructure. Michael holds a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut and has taught Cybersecurity at Central Connecticut State University.
